Describe your role and responsibilities at EIS.

A:
I provide HR Leadership for the Commercial & Interiors Division. I have HR Teams in place across the Global Elkay Interior Systems business … North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and soon in place in Europe. My team and I provide support for the People Plans for the division and our EIS regional businesses around the globe.

What’s your signature dish?

A:
Osso Bucco (paired with a nice glass of Malbec)

What do find the most personally rewarding about working at EIS?

A:
The opportunity to bring valued added support for the business; working with exceptional talent; and knowing you are working with people who are “all in” and motivated to continue to grow the business.
